**Key Responsibilities**:
- Supervise day-to-day administrative operations of the office
- Organize and maintain office records, files, and important documentation
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events
- Collaborate with faculty, staff, and management to ensure a smooth workflow
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination
- Provide support in HR-related tasks such as attendance, onboarding, and staff coordination
- Ensure the office environment is clean, well-organized, and professional
**Required Skills and Competencies**:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- A team player with a professional attitude and approach
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- MBA or equivalent in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in office administration or similar role
- Experience in an academic or educational institution is a plus
