**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle daily walk-in and online foreign exchange inquiries and transactions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with individual and corporate clients.
- Provide tailored solutions for customers related to foreign exchange products (buying/selling foreign currency, travel cards, remittances, etc.).
- Educate clients about currency rates, market trends, and relevant compliance procedures.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets for foreign exchange products.
- Ensure all transactions comply with regulatory and company guidelines (KYC/AML).
- Resolve customer complaints and queries efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, compliance) to ensure smooth execution of services.
- Stay updated on currency market trends, global financial news, and competitor offerings.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in foreign exchange, banking, or financial services.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of foreign exchange processes and currency markets.
- Sales-driven mindset with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proficient with MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
- **Certifications (preferred)**: AMFI/IRDA or other financial service certifications.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,527.20 - ₹30,000.00 per month
