**Position Overview**:

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. *Returns Reconciliation**:*
- Manage and monitor product returns across all ecommerce platforms.
- Verify and update the reconciliation reports for returns.

**2. *Claim Management**:*
- File and track claims for lost, damaged, or incorrect orders with marketplaces.
- Follow up to ensure claims are resolved promptly.

**3. *Payout Reconciliation**:*
- Reconcile payouts from marketplaces with internal records.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

**4. *Order Flow Management**:*
- Ensure smooth processing of orders from receipt to delivery.
- Coordinate with relevant teams for timely dispatch and customer satisfaction.

**5. *Reporting and Documentation**:*
- Prepare detailed reports on returns, claims, and payouts for management review.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of all transactions.
**Skills and Qualifications**:*
- Proficiency in *Microsoft Excel* (advanced level preferred).
- Strong understanding of *ecommerce marketplace operations* (Myntra, Nykaa, etc.).
- Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
**Working Hours**:*
- Monday to Saturday, *10:00 AM to 7:00 PM*
**Location**:*

Wadala East (nearest station - Sion and GTB)

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
