WSP is currently seeking **Proposal Coordinator** to support our** Strategic Growth Team, US**, who can, under direct supervision, assists other marketing professionals and managers in the administrative functions involved in preparing proposals, qualifications, and other marketing materials.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assists in the overall production of standard proposals/qualifications and other marketing materials with direct supervision
- Researches, gathers, edits, and produces proposal materials, including verifying and formatting proposal information.
- Coordination and production of proposal materials
- Maintains proposal, qualification, and marketing files, including resumes, project descriptions, and marketing database
- Supports client engagement teams by preparing materials for internal and external meetings
- May coordinate communications activities, including creating press releases and announcements, writing articles for newsletters, and coordinating project awards and other special communications-related projects
- Other duties as assigned

Key Competencies / Skills
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2 to 5 years of experience in proposal development and coordination or a similar environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- A self-motivated team member, who demonstrates initiative to go above and beyond the task at hand, can effectively multitask
- Flexibility to work overtime and/or a modified schedule to help the team meet proposal deadlines as required
- Ability to follow directions and perform tasks consistently without continual supervision
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- InDesign and SharePoint experience is an asset
- Experience in the engineering field preferred
- Should be able to work in the US time Zone (EST)
