**Key Responsibilities**:
1) Review customer inquiries and requests for quotations, ensuring a clear understanding of their needs and expectations.

2) Thoroughly review and proofread quotations to eliminate errors or inconsistencies before submission.

3) Verify the accuracy of product and service details, quantities, and other relevant information to avoid misunderstandings with clients.

4) Communicate effectively with clients to clarify requirements, discuss pricing, and provide additional information as needed.

5) Maintain organized records of all quotations, pricing calculations, and correspondence for future reference and auditing purposes.

6)Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and finance teams to align pricing strategies with sales targets and overall business goals.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a sales or procurement environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and interpret pricing data and market trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards challenges.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
