Location: Gurugram

Salary Range: INR 16,000 to 21,000 per month

Shift: Rotational shifts

Immediate Joiner: Required

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers via chat to address their queries, resolve issues, and provide information about products or services.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering a professional and friendly service.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to the relevant department.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team performance targets.
- Adhere to company guidelines and standards in all customer interactions.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Previous experience in a customer service role, especially in a chat-based environment, is a plus.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with chat-based customer service platforms.
- Customer-centric attitude and empathy towards customer needs.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Education and Experience:

- Minimum GRADUATE any higher education is an added advantage.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹160,000.00 - ₹210,000.00 per month
