**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise all washing, drying, ironing, and folding operations.
- Ensure timely processing of client orders with quality checks.
- Manage and coordinate with plant staff to ensure smooth shifts.
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety protocols within the plant.
- Monitor machine operations and coordinate with maintenance if needed.
- Keep inventory of chemicals, detergents, and utilities.
- Coordinate with the operations and delivery team for dispatch scheduling.
- Ensure proper record-keeping and reporting.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-5 years experience in laundry or manufacturing operations.
- Strong team leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of laundry machinery and chemicals.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery timelines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,353.94 - ₹30,000.00 per month
