Greeting guests as at the Main Desk they arrive and welcoming them to the centre.
- Building positive relationships with customers by engaging in friendly conversation and providing personalized service.
- Providing information about the centre’s attractions, rides, and activities, as well as any promotions or special offers.
- Upselling additional products or services to customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Handling customer transactions, including the sale of tickets and merchandise, and processing payments.
- Maintaining a high level of customer service throughout the visitor's experience, including during any interactions with staff.
- Monitoring the overall guest experience and providing feedback to management on ways to improve it.
- Ensuring that customers are satisfied with their experience and addressing any concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Assisting with the setup and operation of special events or activities following all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, security, and customer service.
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
