**Job Title: Sales and Marketing Associate - CEO Office**
**Location: Bangalore (On-site)**
**Experience Level: 0-1 year**

**Role Objective**
To drive revenue growth by building a robust sales pipeline, acquiring new clients, and strengthening existing relationships. This role involves strategically positioning Akrity in the market, aligning internal processes, and identifying new business opportunities to sustain and expand account revenue.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0-1 year of experience in sales or marketing roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in B2B sales or account management.
- Familiarity with the technology or software development industry.
- Knowledge of sales methodologies and negotiation techniques.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.

**Internship to Fulltime conversion**

Interns are evaluated based on their contributions, with high performers often receiving full-time offers.

**Job Type**: Internship

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
