**Responsibilities**:
Assist in the procurement process by identifying, evaluating, and selecting suppliers/vendors based on quality, price, and delivery capabilities.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to determine purchase requirements, specifications, and quantities needed for packaging materials and supplies.

Prepare and process purchase orders and ensure accurate and timely documentation of all purchasing activities.

Maintain and update purchasing records, including supplier/vendor information, pricing, and delivery schedules.

Conduct regular inventory checks to monitor stock levels and initiate purchase requisitions as needed.

Collaborate with the warehouse and production teams to ensure timely delivery of purchased materials to meet production schedules.

Track and expedite orders to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues or delays in collaboration with suppliers/vendors.

Assist in negotiating pricing and terms with suppliers/vendors to achieve cost savings and favorable contractual agreements.

Monitor market trends and industry developments related to packaging materials and supplies, and provide recommendations for process improvements and cost-effective purchasing strategies.

Follow company policies and procedures related to procurement and purchasing, including ethical sourcing and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred but not required). 0-3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply). Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in using computer software and systems for data entry, record-keeping, and analysis (e.g., MS Office, inventory management systems). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Basic knowledge of procurement principles and practices. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with packaging materials and supplies (preferred but not required).
