Key Responsibilities
- Sales Support & Coordination
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales contracts as per company policies.
- Process sales orders accurately and ensure timely delivery coordination.
- Maintain and update customer records, price lists, and sales databases (CRM/ERP).
- Liaise with logistics, finance, and operations teams to ensure order fulfillment and invoicing accuracy.
- Track and follow up on pending quotations, orders, and payments.
- Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and assist in forecasting and pipeline reporting.
- Ensure all documentation (purchase orders, invoices, delivery notes) is properly filed and maintained.
Qualification and Skill Required
- Bachelors and Master's Degree Required in Sales and Marketing.
- Freshers and Experience Person Can Apply.
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Required.
- Good in Persuasion.
- Ability to work Collaboratively and Alone also.
