Position: Junior Accountant

No. of Positions: 1

Experience Required: 2–3 Years (with Tally Prime proficiency, MS Excel, MS office)

Salary Range: Up to ₹10,000 per month, 3 Months' Probation

Education Qualification: B.Com / M.Com

Job Responsibilities

· Recording day-to-day financial transactions in Tally as per instructions from senior accountant.

  • Assisting in the preparation and entry of vouchers, including sales, purchase, payment, receipt, and journal entries.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate data entry of financial information and supporting documents.
  • Organizing and maintaining physical and digital records of vouchers, invoices, bills, and supporting documents.
  • Performing basic reconciliation tasks such as bank reconciliations and ledger matching under supervision.
  • Assisting with GST data compilation and preparation of returns as directed.
  • Supporting month-end and year-end closing activities, including data collation and verification.
  • Preparing Excel spreadsheets for internal reporting and data tracking as required.
  • Coordinating with internal teams to collect and verify transaction-related information.
  • Learning and adhering to standard accounting procedures, compliance guidelines, and documentation practices.
  • Continuously improving knowledge of accounting software (Tally), MS Office tools, and basic accounting principles.
