About the Organization:
PRATHAM U/o IIFM Ltd is a Premium Entrance Preparation specialist for various undergraduate
courses whether it is Management, Law, Mass Communication or B.Com etc. It has a curriculum which is
intricately designed to meet the needs of the students who are preparing for various undergraduate
entrances for various reputed college.
The basic criteria for admission into any coveted university Pan-India is to clear an entrance exam which
largely tests the Aptitude of the students in fields like Quantitative Aptitude, Verbal Ability, Logical
Reasoning, General Awareness and Current Affairs. This aptitude, which is latent in every student, needs
polishing and practice.
The faculty members are competent, erudite and experienced. They provide relentless and unwavering
guidance and students under their aegis are able to do wonders and perform to the highest of their
capabilities.
As selections in various coveted institutes like IIM Indore, IIM Rohtak, Shaheed Sukhdev College of
Business Studies, etc. have only seen an upswing, PRATHAM as a name has become synonymous with
success and progress. Tapping the potential of the students in and around Delhi has encouraged
PRATHAM to expand its horizons and reach out to students beyond Delhi NCR to Chandigarh, Lucknow
and Jaipur.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Developing relevant study material and modification and restructuring of existing study material as
per Entrance Curriculum.
2. Conducting Subject classes - Verbal Ability/Quantitative Aptitude/Logical
Reasoning/General Awareness with strong emphasis on delivery of learning objectives and
motivation of students to excel in the top entrance exam for various products of PRATHAM.
3. Ensuring above average feedback from students and centres alike.
4. Creation of completely new mock test series for relevant Entrance examinations.
5. Recording regular Class Sessions for Online Uploads.
6. Conducting regular sessions in schools, other educational tie-ups and other forums addressing large
gatherings of students and/or parents providing information like “Career options after Class
12th”while effectively pitching brand PRATHAM.
7. Researching and developing learning objectives and study material for Undergraduate Entrances.
8. Analysing trends and patterns of previous year exam papers and ensuring all training modules such
as in-class assignments, practice papers and full-length mock papers are in line with the ever
evolving Entrance examination patterns and structures.
9. Regularly interacting with other internal team members and external faculty members to ensure
consistency in imparting the curriculum.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and knowledge:

- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in respective Subjects
- Eng(H) for Verbal Ability; BA/BSc-Maths or
B.Tech for Quant and Logical Reasoning; Pol. Sc or History(H) for General Awareness.
- Professional proficiency with Microsoft Office package and IT literate.
- People with different education backgrounds are also welcomed who have the zeal to contribute to
the society by teaching and mentoring young students.
**Experience**:

- One or more years of experience in delivering Aptitude Classes.
- Very strong eye for detail
- Problem -solving attitude and creative
- Verbal and written communication Skills
- Ability to deliver classes across PRATHAM Centres

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
