Delhi, India PRATHAM Test Prep Full time

We are seeking dynamic and experienced part-time faculty members to teach one or more of the following subjects: Quantitative Aptitude (QA), Logical Reasoning (LR), Verbal Ability (VA), and General Knowledge (GK). The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching students preparing for competitive exams CUET/LAW/MASS COMM.Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective classroom sessions in QA, LR, VA, and/or GK as per assigned topics and schedule.
  • Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and practice tests.
  • Monitor student performance and provide feedback to help them improve.
  • Stay updated with exam patterns, question trends, and syllabus changes.
  • Provide academic support outside class hours when necessary (e.g., doubt clearing)
  • Collaborate with other faculty members and academic coordinators for curriculum development and improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Math, English, General Studies, etc.)
  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of teaching/training experience in aptitude or competitive exam preparation is preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Strong command over at least one or more subjects (QA/LR/VA/GK)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with competitive exam formats
  • Ability to engage students and explain complex concepts in a simplified manner
  • Time management and organizational skills

Job Types: Part-time, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No more than 10 per week
