**About the Department**:
The Education Institutes (Women’s Training Institute, Ashoka Road and Vocational Training Institute at Dwarka) of the YWCA of Delhi works as a beacon of light imparting high quality vocational education. It aims at the empowering of women by providing them with the necessary skills and motivation to become self-reliant. It provides a platform for vocational education and training through various job-oriented courses.

Qualification

Ø Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Lab Technology from reputed institution/university

Ø Must have computer knowledge.

Experience

Minimum 1-2 years Teaching Experience in Medical Lab Technology in University/Institutes.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. The position holder would be responsible to teach all the topic prescribed in IMA (Indian Medical Association) curriculum.

2. She would be also responsible for the quality training and counselling of the students.

3. Plan, organize, and deliver instructions in classrooms and laboratory settings for students in the Institute.

4. The syllabus should be completed on the given time line.

5. Time to time student's feedback would be taken from the students. Reporting to HOD.

6. Actively contributes towards admission counselling and admission follow up throughout the year.

7. Should be involved in all the academic and administrative tasks of the department, institute and IMA.

8. The position holder will be responsible for:
(i) Should be able to maintain a good rapport with the students.

(ii) Should ensure the compliance of the process and systems in the office.

(iii)Should be prompt in replying to student’s queries

(iv)Should be well versed with virtual platforms for promotions, workshops, webinars.

(v) Should be able to assist other department as and when needed

Honorarium

Rs.22000/- per month
