**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development**:Design and implement a specialized curriculum focused on enhancing English language proficiency, communication skills, and business English relevant to the hospitality industry.
- **Training for Interviews**: Conduct mock interviews, group discussions, and presentation skills workshops to prepare students for the rigorous selection process of Management Trainee Programs in leading hotels.
- **Industry-Relevant Content**:Integrate industry-specific terminology, case studies, and real-world scenarios into teaching materials to align with the requirements of the hotel management sector.
- **Soft Skills Development**: Focus on developing students' soft skills, such as teamwork, leadership, negotiation, and customer service communication, which are critical for success in the hospitality industry.
- **Assessment and Feedback**: Regularly assess student performance through tests, assignments, and interactive sessions. Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their language proficiency and interview readiness.
- **Collaboration with Industry Experts**: Work closely with industry professionals to stay updated on the latest trends in the hotel management sector and incorporate these insights into teaching practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in English, Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience in teaching English, preferably in a hospitality or management setting.
- Strong understanding of the hotel industry, particularly the requirements and expectations of Management Trainee Programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students from diverse backgrounds.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience working in the hotel industry or in a similar training role.
- Certification in TEFL/TESOL or related fields.
- Familiarity with the latest e-learning tools and platforms.

**Salary**:
Per Class Rs. 500/
- Job Type: Part-time
