**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review and analyze system specifications and business requirements
- Develop effective test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Execute manual and automated tests for websites, portals, and internal tools
- Identify, document, and track bugs using issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Bugzilla)
- Work closely with developers and designers to ensure timely resolution of issues
- Conduct regression testing and performance testing when required
- Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility
- Participate in release planning and provide feedback on product readiness

**Requirements**:

- Familiarity with testing tools like Selenium, Postman, JMeter, or similar is a plus
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Attention to detail and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and web technologies
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
