**ARCHITECTURAL DRAFTSMAN POSITION (2-5 YEARS EXPERIENCE)**
**Mumbai-based | Precision-focused | Technical Drawing Specialist**

**Key Requirements**:
1. Prepare **error-free technical drawings** (AutoCAD/Revit) as per architect's sketches.

2. Develop **detailed working drawings** for:

- Floor plans, elevations, sections.
- Construction details (joinery, staircases, MEP coordination).
- BMC submission drawings (with annotations per DCR).

3. Maintain **layer standards, X-refs, and drawing version control**.

4. Coordinate with architects/engineers to **resolve discrepancies**.

5. Assist in **BIM model updates** (for Revit users).

**Technical Skills Required**:
1.Essential:

- AutoCAD 2D (90%+ accuracy at 50+ WPM drafting speed).
- Basic Revit/Archicad (for BIM projects).
- Understanding of **Mumbai's building codes** (DCR, BMC formats).
- Knowledge of **modular coordination** and standard dimensions.

2. Preferred:

- Experience with **high-rise residential/commercial projects**.
- Familiarity with **shop drawings** for contractors.
- Basic 3D visualization (SketchUp for quick massing).

2. **Organized** in file management (follows naming conventions strictly).

3. **Adaptable** to last-minute revisions common in Mumbai projects.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
