**Position Overview**

We’re looking for a **Performance Marketer** to help drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue through strategic digital marketing campaigns. You’ll manage paid media campaigns, analyze performance, and work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize results.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Create & execute** digital marketing strategies focused on customer acquisition and retention for Cartrabbit’s SaaS platform.
- **Manage paid media** campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc., optimizing for performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, conversion rates).
- **Monitor & analyze** campaign data using tools like Google Analytics and Data Studio to drive optimization.
- Collaborate with content and product teams to create compelling ad copy, landing pages, and marketing materials.
- **Report & optimize** performance trends and share insights with the team to drive continuous improvement.

**Who You Are**
- **Experienced**: 6 months to 2 years as a Performance Marketer, preferably in eCommerce or SaaS.
- **Skilled in digital advertising** with hands-on experience in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
- **Analytical**: Comfortable using analytics tools to measure and improve campaigns.
- **Collaborative & creative**: A team player with innovative ideas for campaign optimization.
- **Detail-oriented & organized**: Able to manage multiple projects and deliver results on time.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
