**Investment: ₹20-35 Lakhs (minimum ₹20 Lakhs with equity stakes)**

This role offers not only a senior management position but also equity stakes, aligning the CTO’s success directly with the success of the company. We are looking for someone who is passionate about technology and excited about being a part of the founding team.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Technology Strategy & Vision**:

- Develop and execute a robust technology roadmap aligned with the company's business goals.
- Provide strategic direction and ensure that technological resources meet the company’s short and long-term needs.
- **Product Development & Innovation**:

- Lead the design, development, and delivery of technology-driven products and services.
- Foster innovation within the company, ensuring that our products are at the forefront of technological advancements.
- **Leadership & Team Building**:

- Build and manage a high-performing technology team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Mentor and develop technical talent within the organization, ensuring continuous skill development.
- **System Architecture & Technical Oversight**:

- Ensure scalable and efficient system architecture, considering both the current and future needs of the business.
- Oversee the implementation of new technologies, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems.
- **Collaboration with Founders & Core Team**:

- Work closely with the founding team to define the overall business and technology strategy.
- Act as a key member of the executive management team, contributing to key business decisions.
- **Stakeholder Communication & Investor Relations**:

- Effectively communicate technical strategies to investors and other stakeholders.
- Support fundraising efforts by articulating the technical vision and capabilities of the company.
- **Security & Risk Management**:

- Ensure the company’s technological infrastructure is secure, reliable, and compliant with industry standards.
- Assess and mitigate technological risks associated with new projects or existing operations.
- **Equity & Investment**:

- As an investor and equity stakeholder, the CTO will have a vested interest in the success of the company.
- Contribute to the company’s financial growth through technological advancements and cost-effective solutions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Volunteer

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹94,766.12 per month
