**Role**:
Content Creation: Develop creative and engaging content for social media platforms, including

text, images, videos, and infographics, to promote brand awareness, products, and services.

Social Media Management: Manage and maintain social media profiles and pages, including

Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. Monitor and respond to

comments, messages, and user interactions promptly.

Campaign Execution: Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns and initiatives,

including creating content calendars, scheduling posts, and monitoring campaign performance.

Implement strategies to optimize engagement, reach, and conversion rates.

Social Listening: Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, industry trends, and

relevant conversations. Identify opportunities for engagement and respond to customer

inquiries, comments, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media metrics, including reach, engagement,

conversion rates, and audience demographics. Generate regular reports to evaluate campaign

performance and identify areas for improvement.

Trend Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, innovations, and best practices in social

media marketing. Provide recommendations for incorporating emerging platforms and strategies

into the company's social media efforts.

Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and

customer service, to align social media activities with overall business objectives. Coordinate

with external agencies or freelancers for content creation or specialized campaigns, as needed.

Brand Management: Uphold brand guidelines and maintain brand consistency across all social

media channels. Ensure that all social media content reflects the brand's values, voice, and

tone.

Community Engagement: Foster a sense of community among followers and fans by actively

engaging with them, sharing user-generated content, and organizing social media contests or

giveaways.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience in managing social media platforms for a brand, organization, or agency.

Strong knowledge of various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram,

LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.

Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools, such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout

Social, Google Analytics, etc.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content ideas.

Understanding of social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms.

Familiarity with social media advertising and paid promotion is a plus.

Basic graphic design skills and knowledge of photo/video editing tools are desirable.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,341.61 per month
