**About the Role**
We're looking for a dynamic and imaginative **Creative Strategist & Copywriter** who can craft compelling narratives and lead strategic thinking across campaigns, brands, and channels. You'll work closely with designers, marketers, and brand stakeholders to develop breakthrough ideas, shape brand voice, and create messaging that connects, persuades, and converts.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand brand goals, audiences, and positioning.
- Develop creative strategies, campaign concepts, and messaging frameworks for diverse brands.
- Translate complex ideas into simple, emotionally resonant messaging.
- Present and defend creative ideas with clarity and confidence.
- Lead brainstorming sessions, guiding creative ideation and storytelling direction.
- Align creative outputs with strategic brand goals and user insights.
- Work with design teams to ensure consistency between visual and verbal communication.
- Stay on top of trends in pop culture, advertising, and brand communication to infuse fresh thinking into projects.
**Requirements**:
- 3-6 years of experience as a copywriter, brand strategist, or creative lead in an agency or in-house team.
- A portfolio that showcases sharp thinking, strong copy, and creative versatility across platforms.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Strong conceptual thinking, with the ability to translate brand strategy into big campaignable ideas.
- Deep understanding of digital platforms, user behavior, and content formats.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Comfort working independently and as part of collaborative teams.
- Bonus: experience in branding, scriptwriting, or content strategy.
**Nice-to-Have**
- Knowledge of SEO and performance marketing principles.
- Experience crafting brand tone of voice guidelines.
- Interest in pop culture, trends, and emerging tech like AI and Web3.
