As a **Business Development Executive/** **Digital Marketing Executive**, you will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and promoting our online training courses, E-Books, Documentation and Training Kits and other products and services. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop effective digital campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and prospect new business opportunities in the corporate sector, educational institutions, and government organizations.
- Pitch Punyam Academy’s E-learning courses, training kits, documentation kits and other products to prospective clients, and close sales.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
- Create and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital campaigns.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns and generate high-quality leads through digital marketing efforts.
- Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- MBA in Marketing or related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
- Proficient in using digital marketing tools and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Creative mindset with the ability to innovate and think outside the box.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Knowledge of the e-learning industry or certification training is a plus.
- Experience in business development, digital marketing, or sales (1-3 years preferred).
