**Job Details**:
Job Title: Personal Secretary/ Personal Assistant

Experience: 4-6 Years

Education: Min any Graduate

Job Location: Prahladnagar, Ahmedabad

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Drafting of letters, preparing of presentations, updating status of task, coordination and corresponding between Clients, Project site Team and Headquarter, preparing of reports and project analysis, etc.
- Responsibilities for assisting the Director in his day-to-day work.
- Arranging the virtual client meetings in the office as well as setting up meetings on zoom, teams, google meet, etc., and being familiar with how to operate the same.
- Follow up and coordination with Headquarters, Sites teams, and Clients regarding company’s RA bill & other contractual payments.
- Collecting and updating of your own task as assign by the directors and senior management.
- Maintaining of the documentation and papers with DCI (Document control Index) related to Projects and Instructed by the director and senior management
- Other responsibility, as may be allocated by the director and senior management from time to time.

**Skills Required**:

- Fluent Proficiency in MS Office and Mail Drafting in professional and contractual language is mandatory.
- Polished English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Multi-tasking skills.
- Strong coordination skills.
- Great planning skills Should be well versed with analytical skills.
- He/She should be excellent in organizing work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
