Proven experience and ability to motivate and lead others, build teams, coach, mentor, counsel, develop and foster a team environment. Must have a strong technical process background including documenting and improving business processes using digital transformation. Must have strong process and technical understanding of technology tools or systems like advanced SQL, Excel, PowerShell, Boomi, XML, Python.
