Position: Expert Telecaller - Career Counselor (Sales of Courses) at Brain Infinity

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote Brain Infinity's courses and programs in career counseling and skill development.
- Engage with prospects to understand their career goals, interests, and educational background.
- Provide personalized counseling to recommend suitable courses and programs that align with the prospect's needs and aspirations.
- Explain the features, benefits, and outcomes of Brain Infinity's courses, addressing any questions or concerns raised by prospects.
- Utilize persuasive sales techniques to encourage prospects to enroll in courses and make informed decisions about their educational and career advancement.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to meet individual and team sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to effectively position Brain Infinity's courses in the market.
- Provide feedback and insights to improve sales strategies, marketing materials, and course offerings.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Proven experience in outbound sales or telemarketing, preferably in the education or training industry.
- Strong communication skills with a persuasive and confident demeanor.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospects over the phone.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and quotas.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing leads and follow-up activities.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using technology for sales tracking and reporting.
- Motivated self-starter with a passion for helping individuals achieve their career goals.
- Willingness to undergo training and development to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.46 - ₹35,000.51 per month
