- **Accounts Payable Assistant**

**Overview**
- We are international: Our headquarters is in Aventura, Florida. Other locations are Germany, India, Russia, and Ukraine.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provides basic support and assistance to the finance department USA headquarters.
- Performs data entry, filing, and administrative duties.
- Checks the accuracy of business transactions.
- Files the incoming transactions in the Biorasi Digital File System.
- Sets up New Vendor(s) and Employees in Netsuite.
- Confirms that all housekeeping documentation for new Vendors have been received and filed in the Biorasi Digital Filing Cabinet.
- Reviews incoming Vendor Bills to ensure they follow the terms specified on Purchase Orders, Work orders, or contracts.
- Reviews Employee Expense reports to ensure all receipts are in place and they follow Biorasi Expense reimbursement policy.
- Performs a weekly Follow Up on Vendor Bills/Expense Reports pending approval.
- Generates accounts payable aging report if needed.
- Coordinates weekly Payment runs if needed.
- Enters payments and ensure posting to Netsuite if needed.
- Prepares invoice support for 3rd-party and pass-through invoices to sponsors.
- Performs other tasks as assigned by the India Supervisor, or Corporate Accounting Manager.
- Fluent English (oral and written)
- Associates Degree or Accounting Degree preferred
- Strong previous experience with accounts Payable and General accounting.
- Strong understanding of the debits and credits of Accounts payable
- Strong understanding of Accounts Payables housekeeping documentation
- Strong ability to reconciliation principles
- Previous experience in ERP systems is a plus
- Microsoft Office Suite knowledge and skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and deadlines.
- Capable of communicating in a friendly demeanor with external and internal customers.
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong organizational skills
