**Roles & Responsibilities**

This role will be helping to grow the eCommerce marketplace business for Brand Jewellery and to support with commercial development and overall sales growth.

This is a great opportunity for individual who is interested in developing marketing insights to drive the eCommerce aspect of the business.

Duties and responsibilities:

- Develop and grow the eCommerce marketplace business for strategic portfolio of Brands through brands own portal.
- Drive the commercial strategy for portfolio brands on online marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Ebay etc.
- Project management and coordination between internal teams, brand partners and platforms.
- Conceptualizing, budgeting and executing marketing campaigns on various marketplaces
- Standardisation of brand across marketplaces.
- Building the optimal marketing, promotion and assortment strategy by brand.
- Accountability for eCommerce operations and marketing execution
- Liaise with eCommerce partners to build relationships and network, understand category and brand performance across channels and advise on strategies to drive and achieve business objectives
- Work closely with the cross-functional and cross-BU teams to ensure efficient and effective execution, leveraging support resources and standard operating procedures to ensure a reliable and consistent customer experience
- Formulate and execute digital marketing demand-generation initiatives including but not limiting to on-site activity, social media, display, eDM, SEO and SEM
- Manages inventory (ensure stock balancing between online and offline), promotional mechanism (e.g. bundles creation, discounts activation, vouchers etc)

**Job Description**:

- Manage organization's website and maintain it, keeping best practices in mind
- Track the website traffic flow, manage conversions, and analyse performance marketing
- Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
- Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.
- Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and web development, to produce engaging content and optimize user experience

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing
- 2 - 3 years rich experience in eCommerce retail Firm.
- Experience in eCommerce Marketing, Digital/Social Marketing and Campaign planning and strategy
- Design Skill like Photoshop /Canva preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
