Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
Regularly update and maintain the Management Information System (MIS) for the store. Ensure all data related to relevant metrics are accurately recorded and monitored for reporting purposes.

Prepare Inventory Reports

Generate and prepare regular inventory reports that provide insights into stock levels, stock turnover, and any other relevant metrics. These reports should assist in making informed decisions regarding stock replenishment and sales forecasting.Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources (e.g., CRM, ERP, databases, spreadsheets)

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key business metrics (e.g., sales, marketing, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency)

Analyze data trends and identify areas for improvement

Prepare presentations and reports to communicate findings to management and stakeholders

Conduct ad-hoc data analysis and research projects as needed

Assist in the development and implementation of data-driven strategies

Ensure data accuracy and integrity

Stay abreast of the latest data analysis and reporting tools and techniques

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field

6 months+ of experience in a data analysis or reporting role

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including advanced functions like pivot tables, macros, and data analysis tools)

Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Passion for data and a desire to learn new skills
