Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records and statements.
- Process invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Update and manage accounting ledgers.
- Process accounts payable by reviewing and verifying invoices and ensuring timely payment to suppliers.
- Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on overdue payments, and assist in collections.
- Ensure the accurate recording of transactions in the accounting system.
- Reconcile bank statements to ensure that all transactions are accounted for.
- Monitor cash flow and help prepare cash reports for management.
- Assist in tracking company expenses and categorize them for reporting purposes.
- Help in preparing and reviewing departmental budgets.
- File and organize accounting documents, including invoices, receipts, and bank statements.
- Ensure all financial records are up to date and easily accessible.
- Assist in gathering information for tax filing purposes and ensure that financial records comply with regulatory standards.
- Support the team during audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.
- Assist in payroll processing by ensuring employee records are accurate and that payroll is processed on time.
- Maintain confidential employee payroll data.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:
