**Salary**:Upto 55k

**Responsibilities**:
**Site Management**:

- Oversee daily operations at various sites.
- Ensure all activities align with project timelines and objectives.
- Monitor site activities for compliance with safety and quality standards.

**Coordination**:

- Liaise between project managers, team members, and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with local vendors and service providers.
- Manage logistics, including materials and equipment procurement.

**Communication**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for site-related inquiries.
- Facilitate effective communication among team members in English, Hindi, and Tamil.
- Conduct regular briefings and updates with the team.

**Market Knowledge**:

- Utilize local market knowledge to source suppliers and contractors.
- Analyze market trends to inform project decisions.
- Maintain relationships with local stakeholders and community members.

**Reporting**:

- Prepare and submit regular progress reports to management.
- Document site activities and any issues that arise.
- Track budgets and expenses related to site operations.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other team members to achieve project goals.
- Provide support and guidance to junior staff and site workers.
- Foster a collaborative work environment.

**Problem-Solving**:

- Identify and address any challenges on-site proactively.
- Implement solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Escalate issues to management as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in site coordination or related roles.

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Tamil.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.

**Attributes**:

- Local Resident: Must be from Chennai to ensure familiarity with the area.
- Adaptability: Ability to handle changing priorities and work under pressure.
- Team Player: Commitment to collaboration and teamwork.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
