**Salary **:25k - 55k ( Depending upon your performance in the interview session)

**Experience**: Relevant 2-3years experience in site coordination preferred

**Responsibilities**:
**Site Management**:

- Oversee daily operations at various project sites.
- Ensure all activities align with project timelines and objectives.
- Monitor site activities for compliance with safety and quality standards.

**Coordination**:

- Liaise between project managers, team members, and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
- Coordinate with local vendors and service providers for efficient project execution.
- Manage logistics, including procurement of materials and equipment.

**Communication**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for site-related inquiries.
- Facilitate effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and external parties.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in site coordination or a related field.
- Strong understanding of local regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Tamil.

**Local Knowledge**:

- Familiarity with the Chennai region and its logístical nuances is essential.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
