Location:

Responsibilities

  • Project Oversight: Monitoring progress, conducting inspections, and ensuring adherence to plans and quality standards (e.g., construction, maintenance).
  • Resource & Logistics Management: Allocating personnel, materials, and equipment, managing vendors, and handling procurement.
  • Coordination: Liaising with architects, contractors, office staff, and clients to resolve issues and keep communication flowing.
  • Event Planning: Organizing and executing events, managing vendors, and handling public interaction.
  • Administrative Duties: Budgeting, reporting, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
