**Job Summary**
Winner of Hostel World's 2016 & 2019 best hostel in India award, The Madpackers are a bunch of backpacker hostels looking to create and promote a tribe of vagabonds who understand the transformative powers of independent travel.

With plans of taking backpacking culture across the region, we are in the process of setting up an extensive chain of backpacker hostels across all major locations in India. We are committed to spearheading the social accommodation culture in India and creating spaces for community, friendships, and stories. The young team behind all the magic is driven by their love for being on the road and a passion for social interactions. With plans of expanding to new locations every quarter, we are just getting started.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
1. Mingling and interacting with travelers and building a cozy space away from home.
2. Aiding the front-desk staff in facilitating a smooth welcome/check-in process.
3. Providing hands-on information and helping guests in their stay and in exploring the city.
4. Taking guests out in the city and introducing them to the city culture with food walks and city tours.
5. Spending time with guests, uncovering the sheets of human difference by exchanging life and travel stories.
**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
Refreshers & Experienced,
- are available for full time (in-office) internship
- can start the internship between 26th Nov'19 and 20th Dec'19
- are available for duration of 3 months and more
- have relevant skills and interests
