**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and assemble a variety of **sandwiches** (grilled, cold, club, panini, etc.) and **pizzas** (hand-tossed, thin crust, etc.) as per menu.
- Manage prep work: cutting vegetables, sauces, marination, dough preparation, etc.
- Operate pizza ovens, grills, and sandwich presses safely and efficiently.
- Maintain consistency in taste, portion size, and presentation.
- Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and proper storage of ingredients.
- Take part in inventory management and restocking supplies.
- Suggest new recipes or seasonal specials when required.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sandwich and/or pizza preparation.
- Knowledge of dough fermentation, topping combinations, and cheese handling.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a busy kitchen.
- Understanding of hygiene and food safety regulations.
- Team player with a positive and professional attitude.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
