**Job Title**: Real Estate Field Sales Executive
**Location**: T Nagar, Chennai
**Department**: Sales & Marketing
**Reports To**: Sales Manager / Business Development Manager

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify potential clients through field visits, networking, cold calling, and lead generation activities.
- Schedule and conduct site visits for prospective buyers and explain project features, pricing, and payment plans.
- Act as a point of contact between the company and potential clients, providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain knowledge of market trends, competitor offerings, and local area developments.
- Negotiate deals, close sales, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and update CRM systems regularly.
- Participate in real estate exhibitions, promotional events, and marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with the sales support team for documentation, payment follow-ups, and post-sale processes.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in real estate sales, field sales, or a related role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Must be self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Familiarity with the local property market and real estate trends.
- Ability to work on weekends and travel extensively for client meetings and site visits.
- Minimum qualification: High school diploma; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Google Workspace, or MS Office.
- Own vehicle and a valid driver’s license (preferred).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
