We are looking for a Retail Sales Executive to handle walk-in customers at our Experience Center. The role involves explaining product features, preparing quotations, and closing sales..
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers at the experience center
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable modular workstations or chairs
- Explain product features, specifications, and customization options
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing, and ongoing offers
- Coordinate with the factory/admin team for order processing and delivery follow-up
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, and maintain sales records
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals
- Handle post-sale customer service and escalate issues where necessary
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 1-3 years of experience in retail sales (experience in furniture/modular products preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving ability
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
