As an **Intern Sales Executive** at Aspire Techsoft Pvt. Ltd., you will play a key role in driving new business growth by promoting our **EdTech solutions** to colleges, universities, educational institutions, and corporate clients. This internship offers hands-on experience in sales, where you will learn prospecting, relationship-building, and closing deals using a consultative sales approach. You will also collaborate with our marketing, product, and customer success teams to provide an outstanding experience for our customers.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- ** New Business Development**: Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities by researching potential clients and markets.
- ** Customer Relationship Management**: Learn to build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions and corporate clients to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- ** Market Research & Reporting**: Conduct market research to track industry trends, gather customer insights, and provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams.
- ** Collaboration & Teamwork**: Work closely with cross-functional teams to support the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
**Qualifications**:
- ** Education**: Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- ** Sales Skills**: Passionate about sales with a strong interest in developing cold-calling, lead generation, and closing skills.
- ** Industry Knowledge**: Basic understanding of the EdTech landscape and a willingness to learn more about the industry, trends, and customer needs.
- ** Consultative Selling**: Eagerness to learn how to identify customer pain points and propose solutions that align with their educational objectives.
- ** Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and explain technology solutions clearly.
- ** Motivation & Drive**: A proactive and self-motivated individual who is excited to gain hands-on sales experience and achieve targets.
