Press As an Eightfold People Ops & Office Administrator, you will ensure an employee experience that is positive and seamless for our Eightfold AI team. You will be responsible to manage end-to-end projects and work cross-functionally with other teams. We seek someone who is passionate about continually improving processes, systems, and tools that allow Eightfold to scale rapidly and better serve the Eightfold AI India team. Role requires you to work from the office at least 3 days a week Responsibilities: Managing and coordinating the overall administration activities at the Noida & Bengaluru facility Ability to manage employee on/off boarding processes Responsible for reviewing and managing admin-related vendors and maintaining vendor contracts Capability to arrange & coordinate all company events along with the People Team Responsible for visitor and guest hospitality Dealing with and addressing Employee issues related to Facilities and Administration Capability to manage employee records and publish reports as required Support office supplies, administration, inventory management, and other food & snacks related arrangements Manage visa & travel arrangements Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health, safety & covid standards Build a deep understanding of end-to-end processes Qualification: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 3+ years of experience in facility management and service with a focus on facilities, hospitality, corporate services, and property management. Proven ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage projects in an extremely fast-paced environment. Good communication skills Detail-oriented Experience using MS Office suite a must (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). Ability to interact with all levels of the organisation in a professional manner.
