Make calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
- Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns.
- Build rapport with customers and engage them in conversation.
- Listen actively to customer needs and respond appropriately.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the products or services being offered.
- Clearly explain features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
- Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning.
- Gather customer information for future follow-up and marketing efforts.
- Accurately record customer interactions and update CRM systems with relevant details.
- Maintain organized records of calls made and customer feedback.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets or quotas.
- Upsell or cross-sell additional products based on customer needs.
- Address customer objections or concerns with persuasive and informative responses.
- Use negotiation skills to encourage customers to make a purchase.
- Follow up with customers who have shown interest but have not yet made a decision.
- Provide additional information as needed to facilitate the sales process.
- Gather customer feedback on products and services.
- Report insights and suggestions to management for improvement.
- Adhere to company policies and legal regulations regarding telemarketing practices.
- Ensure that customer data is handled securely and confidentially.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
