We are seeking Architect in a leadership position for our architectural studio who can oversee all aspects of project delivery, team management, and client engagement. This senior leadership role requires a visionary professional with over 15 years of experience in High-End Residential and Hospitality Design, a proven ability to manage large-scale, complex projects, and a passion for driving innovation and excellence. The Architect ensuring that projects align with client expectations and the studio’s commitment to sustainability and design excellence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the studio's overall design vision, ensuring consistency with the company’s strategic goals.
- Oversee multiple architectural projects, including new builds, extensions, restorations, and conservation work, from conception to completion
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring strong relationships and high levels of satisfaction.
- Conduct high-level project reviews to ensure alignment with client needs, project scope, budgets, and timelines.
- Oversee project budgets, resource allocation, and documentation to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, sustainable practices, and technological advancements, integrating them into studio practices.
- Represent the studio at industry events, contributing to its reputation as a leader in innovative and functional design
- Qualifications
- 03+ years of experience in High-End Residential and/or Hospitality Design, with a strong portfolio of award-winning and large-scale projects.
- Extensive experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and overseeing complex projects from inception to completion.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor diverse teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, adept at presenting concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- Proven track record in building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Advanced knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, 3D Max, PowerPoint, Revit, and other visualization tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Expertise in sustainable design principles and a passion for innovative architecture.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field, with licensure as an architect preferred.
