Receiving all in house & outsourced items and entering the stock in SAP
- Ensuring stock is matched all given point of time
- Maintain the customer bats stock in excel sheet & register, after billing balanced bats take in stock
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
- Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
- Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
- Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimise space utilisation
- Complete diary logs into inventory
- Report any discrepancies
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
- Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment
- All items must be stacked properly at designated place.
- Physical Stock to match with SAP and job cards at any given point of time.
- Reporting all the quality and quantity discrepancy to in charge so that debit notes can be raised.
- All stock cards must be updated time to time.
- Physical counting of assigned stock items on weekly basis
- Ensuring housekeeping of highest level
- Completes shipments by processing and loading orders.
- Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area.
- Completes deliveries by driving truck or van to and from vendors.
- Maintains truck or van by completing preventive maintenance requirements and arranging for repairs.
- Enforces inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and printing requests.
- Provides quality service by following organization standards.
- Preserves safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat.
- Promotes clean shipping supply area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Completes reports by entering required information.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Stock out entry on the item cards in racks
- Discuss and report to MD in case of short Items so that he can coordinate with purchase team for fulfillment.
- For cash sale material should be given only on written slip, regularly with warehouse leads to analyze productivity and develop actionable plans for loss prevention, Oversee and manage logistics for transporting products to customers and company facilities, communicating with drivers and air partners to ensure efficient delivery of packages.
- Identifying Slow Moving and dead stock items for their timely disposal
- Coordination with Accounts for the any billing discrepancy and debit notes.
- Coordination with purchase and Production for timely availability of goods
- Check the purchase good with invoice quantity if find any discrepancy then mail to account and purchase.
- Coordination with Sales for the timely dispatch of parcels to dealers
- Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service
- Schedule and oversee warehouse team, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime
- Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance when necessary

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
