**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry and Bookkeeping: Accurately input financial data into accounting software and maintain updated records of transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

Invoice Processing: Assist in processing vendor invoices, verifying accuracy, obtaining necessary approvals, and preparing payments in a timely manner.

Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements with general ledger accounts to ensure consistency and identify discrepancies for resolution.

Expense Reporting: Assist in the preparation of expense reports, including tracking receipts, categorizing expenses, and reconciling discrepancies.

Assistance in Month-End Closing: Support the month-end closing process by preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and generating financial reports as directed by the Finance Manager.

Assist with Audits: Provide documentation and support during internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the finance department, including filing documents, organizing records, and responding to inquiries from internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

**Minimum Qualification**: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred

**Minimum Job Experience**: 1-2 Years

**Reporting to**: Finance Head
