**JD OF SOURCING EXECUTIVE**
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract talent.
- Understand the continual hiring needs of the Organization and create a substantial talent pool for available roles.
- Recruitment - Create job postings through various job portals like naukri, linkldn. Involve in sourcing; assist in the entire phase of hiring i.e., till generating offer/appointment letters.
- Associate with other recruiters or team member’s review resumes, assesses applicant qualifications, conduct interviews.
- Facilitate advertising activities through various channels such as recognized Govt & Pvt sites, job boards, social media platforms, career sites, etc.
- Engage and build relationships with third party sourcing agents or manpower providers
- Consistently monitor and evaluate the hiring process for quality, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Stay updated of industry trends and best practices in hiring.

**Qualifications**

Bachelor's degree or equivalent

1 - 2 years' experience in sourcing or recruitment

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
