**Job Title**: Founder's Office - Intern

**About BlueBuck Research**

As a **Founder's Office Intern** at BlueBuck Research(Studio), you will work directly with the Founders and leadership team on strategic, operational, and business initiatives. You’ll gain exposure across multiple functions — from product development and business growth to marketing, hiring, and client success — making this a unique opportunity to understand what it takes to build and scale a modern software agency.

This role requires a proactive mindset, problem-solving ability, and the willingness to take ownership in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Work closely with the Founder on strategy, planning, and execution of business and product initiatives.
- Identify process bottlenecks and contribute to improving operational efficiency across departments.
- Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and provide data-backed insights for decision-making.
- Collaborate with tech, design, and marketing teams to drive high-impact internal projects.
- Assist in business development — from prospecting clients to supporting key negotiations.
- Manage and execute special strategic projects that demand rapid execution and adaptability.
- Contribute to hiring, team-building, and internal organizational initiatives.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills**; confident interacting with multiple stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on, execution-first approach.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and familiarity with project management or CRM tools.
- Prior experience in a startup, software agency, or fast-paced tech company is a plus.
