**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the **applicant tracking system (ATS)**.
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.
- Assist in drafting **job descriptions** and posting job ads.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field**.
- Strong **communication and interpersonal skills**.
- Ability to work in a **fast-paced environment**.
- Attention to detail and **organizational skills**.
- Basic knowledge of **recruitment tools and techniques** (preferred but not mandatory).

**Skills Required**:

- **Microsoft Office Suite** (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- **Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)** (preferred).
- **Time management** and problem-solving skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
