Key Responsibilities:

Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
3-5 years of proven experience in IT recruitment.
Strong knowledge of technical roles and skills in demand, including programming languages, frameworks, and IT infrastructure.
