Position: US IT Recruiter (Fresher)

Location: Chennai (Tambaram and sholinganallur)

Type: Full-time

Shift: Night Shift (as per US timings)

Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Fresher US IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. As a US IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for IT professionals across various technologies to meet our client requirements in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:
Use job boards, social media, internal databases, and other sourcing tools to find qualified IT professionals.

Interview Coordination:
Database Management:
Client Coordination:
Collaborate with the US-based recruiting team and account managers to understand client needs and fulfill recruitment demands.

Offer Negotiation:
**Required Skills**:
Basic Technical Knowledge: Understanding of common IT terms and technologies (such as Java,.NET, cloud, etc.) is preferred.

Sourcing Tools: Familiarity with job boards (e.g., Dice, Monster), LinkedIn, and social media platforms for recruiting is a plus.

Adaptability: Willing to work night shifts to align with US business hours.

Learning Attitude: Eagerness to learn new skills, tools, and best practices in the recruitment process.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business, or related fields.

Experience: No prior experience required. Freshers are welcome to apply.

Shift: Willingness to work US hours (Night Shift).
