Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and results-driven Female Telecallers to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in connecting with students and parents, understanding their career aspirations, and providing guidance on our services. Your goal will be to convert leads into clients, ensuring a seamless admission and counseling experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to students and parents, introducing our services and understanding their career goals.
- Provide information about our admission guidance and career counseling services.
- Address queries, concerns, and doubts, offering personalized support.
- Convert leads into clients, meeting monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and client progress.
- Collaborate with the counseling team to ensure a smooth transition for clients.
- Meet or exceed daily call targets, ensuring high productivity.
- Stay updated on industry trends, college admissions, and career opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- 0-5 years of experience in telesales, customer service, or a related field
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting targets and deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach
- Proficiency in English, with knowledge of regional languages (optional)
- Basic computer skills, with experience in CRM software (desirable)
- Graduation in any discipline

Working Hours:

- 10 AM - 6 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Note:

- Prior experience in education counseling or sales is an advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
