
Inside Sales Representative

As an **Inside Sales Executive - will be essential in driving the expansion of client base for Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) & focusing on large corporates. ** This role demands a proactive approach to lead generation, utilizing digital marketing, social media outreach, CRM platforms, and data analytics to identify potential clients and build a solid pipeline.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation & Outreach**: Identify and qualify leads using digital marketing tools, social media, CRM software, and targeted outreach strategies.
- **Customer Engagement**: Develop rapport with clients through effective communication and professional follow-up.
- **Client Meetings & Conversion**: Conduct both virtual and in-person meetings to understand clients' needs, build trust, and convert leads into contracts.
- **Relationship Building & Account Management**: Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients to secure renewals, expand contract terms, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Data Management & Reporting**: Track, document, and report on lead conversion, client interactions, and overall progress using CRM and analytics tools.
**Key Qualifications**:
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently present information and build rapport with clients at all levels.
- **Sales Experience**: Prior experience in sales, or a B2B service industry, with a track record of successful lead generation and conversion.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
